Zach Fox is a Managing Director at Midtown Capital Partners, a Florida-based real estate investment and development firm. He is responsible for acquisitions, capital markets, asset management, and development execution across the firm’s portfolio, with a primary focus on multifamily, infill industrial, office, and retail investments throughout Florida and the Southeast.

At Midtown Capital Partners, Mr. Fox provides strategic leadership across the full lifecycle of the firm’s investments, from acquisition and capitalization through stabilization and disposition. He leads the sourcing, underwriting, and negotiation of new opportunities and oversees the execution of complex value-add projects, financings, recapitalizations, and ground-up developments. He also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Midtown Capital Partners, Mr. Fox led acquisitions for a publicly traded REIT (NYSE: UBA and UBP), where he helped execute long-term investment strategies across multiple asset classes nationwide. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than $1.5 billion in transactions representing several million square feet of commercial real estate.

Mr. Fox earned an MS in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University and a BA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
