How will the presentations be delivered in a virtual format?
How will the presentations be delivered in a virtual format?

All speaker presentations will be accessible from your computer, tablet or mobile device with a mix of live and pre-recorded sessions.  As a virtual attendee, you will be able to access all 30+ speaker presentations across all 3 tracks at your own pace. You will still be able to submit questions to each speaker and get them answered by the speaker directly.  All presentations (that we have consent for) will be released during the first week of December and will be accessible for 30 days post-event.

Our digital exhibition will be easy to navigate. Each virtual exhibit booth will be aligned with one of our 3 topic streams, providing a simple way for you to connect with relevant vendors and suppliers. We are currently working with all of our exhibitors to showcase their novel technologies and products in a 100% digital format, so stay tuned for additional details on how this will look.

Yes! We are finalizing our technology platform that will allow you to ask questions and discuss your challenges with all attendees, speakers and exhibitors. We will add that information here over the coming weeks.

Do I need to pay VAT now that the event is virtual?
Do I need to pay VAT now that the event is virtual?

Paying VAT depends on where you are based.  Attendees based in UK or Europe are subject to a 20% VAT, and attendees based outside of Europe and attendees based in Europe with a registered VAT number do not need to pay VAT. (SEE BOOKING OPTIONS)
