Marine Lair born in France, studied plant physiology at the university of Caen and graduated with a master of Business and Marketing at Agro Paris Tech in 2003. Marine has been working for 20 years in international companies mainly in crop protection and chemical industry. She moved to the Netherlands and joined Van Iperen International in 2016. As marketing director, Marine is responsible to support Van Iperen International in its mission to change the rules of the game in plant nutrition providing innovative solutions to growers to make conventional agriculture more sustainable.
