Sri Laxmi is an Agriculture Field Officer at IFFCO, New Delhi, with a strong academic background in agriculture, holding a B.Sc. (Ag.) and M.Sc. (Ag.) in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry from Banaras Hindu University (BHU).

She has hands-on experience in designing and drafting nanofertilizer treatments for research trials, evaluating their performance, and supporting field-level validation of emerging nutrient delivery technologies. Her work spans soil testing services, fertilizer advisory, and the planning and execution of Farmers’ Field Trials, including those involving specialty fertilizers and biostimulants.

At IFFCO, Sri Laxmi contributes to Rural Livelihood Development Projects, collaborates with Women Self-Help Groups, and supports initiatives focused on sustainable soil management and innovative plant nutrition solutions.
