Laura Holberger, PhD MBA is an external innovation and partnerships leader on Novo Nordisk’s R&D External Innovation team, focused on identifying and advancing collaborations to drive innovation in rare and chronic disease therapies. She previously held strategic roles across the biopharma ecosystem—including BioLabs, BioInnovation Capital, Cambridge Biolabs, and ViThera—working at the intersection of biotech, pharma, and investment. She holds degrees from WPI (B.Sc.), UC Santa Barbara (Ph.D.), and MIT (M.B.A.), and brings a practical, partnership first perspective to building effective collaborations.
