To align the organisation's strategic objectives and ensure buy-in from the top. - Strategy/OKR Program Management Team

Course Requirements
- Attendance – You must attend all sessions of the course. If you miss more than two hours of the course sessions, you will not be eligible to sit the exam
- Certificate of Attendance – You will receive an Informa Certificate of Completion after successful completion of the course
- Certificate from The Balanced Scorecard Institute – You will receive a globally recognised certificate from The Balanced Scorecard Institute in association with The George Washington University upon successfully passing the certification
- Laptops – You must have a laptop, tablet or smartphone to enable you to take the end-of-course online exam
