• Certificate from The Balanced Scorecard Institute – You will receive a globally recognised certificate from The Balanced Scorecard Institute in association with The George Washington University upon successfully passing the certification
• Laptops – You must have a laptop, tablet or smartphone to enable you to take the end-of-course online exam
