UK IB Head of Service Management at Credit Suisse


Gerard is the UK Investment Bank Head of Service Management at Credit Suisse, with over 20 years’ experience in Outsourcing and Third Party risk from a Service Provider, consulting and for the last 12 years in Investment Banking perspective. His is responsible for ensuring Outsourcing and Operation Continuity in Resolution (OCIR) compliance and in this capacity Gerard has built an end to end framework to oversee UK Outsourcing risk and OCIR capability management. As well as his operational role, Gerard is also leading the expansion of the UK OCIR capability to a full CS group solution and co-chairs the European legal entity implementation of the EBA Guidelines for Outsourcing Arrangements. He is part of the CS Operational Resilience Working Group in the UK. He has held roles previously in US, APAC as well as in Europe.
