Kathy Vawter

Head of LGIM Tax at Legal & General

Kathy is currently the Head of LGIM Tax at Legal & General, where she has responsibility for all UK and overseas tax matters impacting LGIM-managed funds. Kathy is involved in strategic planning for new launches, as well as the ongoing operations of existing funds. Kathy has over 15 years tax experience, with the last 10 years focused on asset managers and funds both in the UK and Europe. Prior to joining L&G, Kathy was a Senior Manager at PwC and EY and spent time working at a custody bank. Kathy has a deep experience in US tax compliance as well as operational taxes for funds.
