Katja Pussila works as a Risk Manager at the Finnish Tax Administration and is responsible for the overall risk management of yield payments, including the planning of guidance and control measures. She is an OECD TRACE Model expert with a broad background in cross-border withholding tax issues - all the way from withholding to relief at source and refund claims. She has been involved with the TRACE implementation from the very beginning. At present, she advises and is significantly involved in the Finnish implementation of the OECD TRACE Model.
