Rebecca McGerty

Head of Tax EMEA at AQR Capital Management

Rebecca is the Head of Tax EMEA for AQR Capital Management and has over 20 years of experience in relation to asset management tax issues and reporting. Rebecca previously worked for Deloitte for 3 years as a Tax Director in the asset management tax team in London and prior to that worked for 14 years for PwC in the London, New York and Tokyo offices.

Rebecca has experience in both fund and management company tax issues with responsibility for EMEA tax matters, global CBCR and Transfer Pricing documentation, global VAT compliance, global FATCA/CRS compliance and US tax documentation for the firm. Her role also includes oversight of European investor tax reporting, withholding tax management, a Luxembourg tax transparent fund, tax agency services in Asia an AQR Australian AMIT tax returns.
