Steffen Gnutzmann focuses on advice to German and foreign investment funds, hedge funds and private equity funds, their investors, their administrators and software providers, as well as German and foreign banks. His expertise also includes tax advice on specific capital market products such as hedge fund certificates, commodity wrappers, convertible bonds, options, forwards, swaps, securities lending and securities repurchase transactions. Steffen Gnutzmann also offers foreign investment funds / fund administrators advice on entering the German market and on German fund supervisory law.

Steffen has been licensed as a lawyer since 1999 and was with one of the Big Four audit firms in Frankfurt (Main) for eight years, advising financial service companies on legal and tax matters. In 2007, he relocated to WTS Group in Hamburg.
