Séverine is a Tax Partner at FIDAL law firm, where she is head of the Africa Department and works in Financial Services, Asset Management and Private Equity. She is a French Foreign Trade Advisor.

Séverine participated in the drafting of the White Paper on the structuring of Private Equity funds dedicated to Africa and has dealt extensively with Private Equity funds in Africa.

Extra capacities/experience:

• In charge of community litigation on behalf of European UCIs (pleading before the CJEU, management of more than 1,000 disputes)
• Appointed Expert to represent the Republic of Mali within the framework of an ICSID arbitration procedure relating to the interpretation of the stability clauses in mining matters
• Structuring of investments in Africa on behalf of multinational groups
• Tax manager at BVMAC (Libreville) for the implementation of tax regulations for UCIs and negotiation with all the countries of the CEMAC zone for a draft bill drafting proposal
• Member of AFIC Africa Club, Medef International, CIAN
• Member of the board of the Africa Commission and of the International Taxation Group of Foreign Trade Advisors of France
