Eleanor recently joined KPMG Ireland as a Principal in its Financial Services Tax Practice. Eleanor advises clients on the full spectrum of tax issues of relevance to the banking industry. She brings a wealth of banking sector and operational tax risk management experience having previously spent 14 years in AIB, most recently as Head of Group Tax, and five years in KPMG Financial Services Tax practice prior to joining AIB. Eleanor has hands on experience of managing operational tax activities across multiple business divisions and jurisdiction including, formalising operational tax risk management systems, tax function transformation, eAudit, data, business systems transformation and IPO readiness.

Eleanor was a Board member of the Irish Tax Institute from 2004 to 2008.
