André Kroeger is the Director of Facility Strategy, Development and Transformation at Canadian Blood Services, responsible for real estate strategy for over 50 sites across Canada. He has led infrastructure capital planning and transformation in the health sector including the development of public private partnerships, portfolio planning and development of capital asset management programs.

Building on a successful career as an architect, André transitioned to public sector strategy and transformation with Fraser Health Authority and then the Saskatchewan Health Authority. He brings a proven ability to create cross functional partnerships and alliances to support strategic vision. He has been instrumental in creating expansion and renewal programs with over $6B in investment approvals.

Currently based in Ottawa, André working to modernize and expand Canadian Blood Services facility infrastructure to support the ongoing development and life saving commitments of Canada's biological lifeline.
