Joe plays an integral role in Colonnade BridgePort’s investment and development teams. He is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and negotiating the acquisition and disposition of value-add and opportunities strategies in Ottawa. In addition, Joe provides strategic guidance and performs financial underwriting for Colonnade Bridgeport’s fund management business which, through its co-investment funds, connects private and institutional capital in premium quality projects.

Prior to joining Colonnade BridgePort, Joe was part of an Alberta-based institutional commercial real estate management firm where he worked on the acquisitions and disposition of commercial real estate across Canada. Prior to that role, Joe started his career in the industry providing valuation and advisory services with the Altus Group as a member of the national portfolio team. Joe holds two Bachelor of Commerce degrees in finance and in entrepreneurship from the University of Ottawa.
