Profile

Jamie Miller joined RaceTrac in 2020 as Executive Director of Marketing and was named Vice President of Marketing in December 2024. She is responsible for all marketing strategies and support including Brand, Promotions, Creative, Internal and External Communications, Partnerships, Insights and Analytics, Loyalty and Marketing Technology.

Since joining RaceTrac, Miller has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovative thinking, and a deep commitment to our brand and values. Under her leadership, the Marketing department has achieved significant milestones, including successful campaigns that have elevated our presence in the industry and strengthened our connection with customers, significant growth of the RaceTrac Rewards loyalty program and expansion of marketing technology capabilities as well as advancements in marketing analytics.

During her tenure, Miller has also been a DEI champion, serving as Chair of LEAD, RaceTrac’s women’s business resource group. In 2022, Jamie was named to the 2022 Class of Convenience Store News’ “Top Women in Convenience.” She also recently participated in the company’s first-ever Embrace AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islander) event.

Prior to joining RaceTrac, Miller worked with Citi for nearly nine years, leading marketing and relationship management efforts for The Home Depot private label credit cards for U.S. and Canada and serving as Site President for Atlanta. In her tenure with Citi, Miller received the Leaders in Excellence award and was chosen to participate in the Citi Leader Accelerator Program, as well as the Citi Women’s Leadership Program, an international development program for senior leaders.

Outside of RaceTrac, Miller is a CstoreTEC board member, a member of the Direct Marketing Association, serves on the board of Cool Girls, an Atlanta-based non-profit dedicated to providing tuition-free life skills programs that develop girls into confident women through education and exposure to a broader world of opportunity, and has served as a mentor in the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta Camp CEO program.

Miller graduated from the University of Georgia, where she received an ABJ (Bachelor of Arts in Journalism) in Public Relations.
