Justin Baxley joined PDI Technologies in 2010 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Product Management. In this role, he leads a team of product leaders focused on creating innovative solutions that address the evolving challenges and opportunities within the retail convenience and energy ecosystems. With nearly two decades of experience in designing, supporting, and teaching business technology solutions, Justin drives his teams to collaborate passionately and radically with industry partners, transforming shared experiences and expertise into innovative opportunities.

Prior to joining PDI, Justin was a professional writer and educator. His enthusiasm for learning and diverse intellectual curiosity have been key to his success at PDI. Outside of work, Justin's commitment to education extends to his role on the Board of Directors at a small classical school in Belton, Texas.
