Nicholas Lepper is the Director of Retail Operations at Eagle Stop, a family-owned convenience store chain based in Missouri. Since joining Gier Oil Co., Inc. in 2019, Nick has led initiatives in marketing, category management, operations, and store development, including remodels and new builds.

With over 16 years of prior experience in the beverage industry—serving as a Category Manager, Key Account Manager, and Sales Manager—Nick brings a deep understanding of consumer behavior and retailer–supplier collaboration. He’s passionate about building high-performing teams and driving innovation in the retail space.
