With a career spanning over three decades at Blarney Castle Oil, Shawn Gray brings a wealth of experience to his current role. Joining the family-owned business in 1994, when it had around 30 retail locations, Shawn quickly progressed from an Area Supervisor to managing all purchasing categories by the late 1990s. His strategic insight and adaptability proved invaluable as Blarney Castle expanded significantly through acquisitions, leading him to oversee the entire retail operation in addition to his purchasing duties. Most recently, Shawn has been instrumental in a pivotal initiative: the creation and launch of the EZ Mart Rewards loyalty program and app. This ambitious project, which began in February 2024 and went live on May 1, 2025, is now a core focus, alongside his responsibilities for the tobacco category, new store builds, and remodels.
