If the event cannot go ahead as planned in Brussels your pass will automatically be transferred to the new dates or you can request a full refund.

Group discount

If you register more than 2 delegates, the 3rd and each subsequently registered delegate will receive 25% off the fee for any packages that include the main conference.

Students/NGO discount

Public sector/government discount

Reclaiming VAT

If you are based in the EU, please include your VAT number within your booking and contact our customer services for any VAT-related queries.

Paying by invoice

If you opt to pay by invoice you will be contacted for a credit card guarantee if the invoice is unpaid 3 weeks before the event.

When booking at other times, if your invoice is still unpaid two weeks before the event, you will be contacted for a credit card guarantee.
