Reclaiming VAT

If you are based in the EU, please include your VAT number within your booking and contact our customer services for any VAT-related queries.

If you opt to pay by invoice you will be contacted for a credit card guarantee if the invoice is unpaid 3 weeks before the event.

When booking at other times, if your invoice is still unpaid two weeks before the event, you will be contacted for a credit card guarantee.
