Antonio Roade is the director of Sustainability and Positive Impact at Adolfo Domínguez, following the creation of the department to reinforce and guide the fashion brand’s strategy in this area.

Antonio Roade has been part of the sustainability team of companies such as Inditex (2013-2018) in Spain and Asia-Pacific, and New Look in the UK (2018-2020), where he was responsible for the company's environmental and CSR strategy.

Before joining Adolfo Domínguez, he held positions of responsibility at IDH - The Sustainable Trade Initiative, an agency under the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs that helps multinationals and governments in areas such as deforestation, climate change and regenerative agriculture.
