Profile

Caroline Ploux is currently working for Mars in the Brussels-based Government Relations Service Center, focusing on environmental policies. She has been with Mars since 2016, working in different parts of the business (e.g., Petcare, Confectionary) and in different roles. In her previous role she worked in R&D, coordinating climate and packaging programs. She is passionate about sustainability and led by a desire to create mutual outcomes with stakeholders.
