Debra Goulding is Sustainable Packaging Manager at Foodstuffs, the largest grocery retailer in New Zealand. With over 25 years’ experience across packaging, recycling and retail, she brings an implementation-focused perspective to Extended Producer Responsibility. Debra works at the interface of policy and practice, embedding EPR requirements into packaging design and supply chains. She is a Board member of the New Zealand Packaging Forum and Chair of the Soft Plastics Recycling Scheme.
