For the last 7 years, Federica Dolce has been working in the field of sustainability and circular economy for the food sector. She is currently the Circular Economy Lead for FoodDrinkEurope, the biggest food and drink association in Europe, managing all topics related to waste. Prior to that, she worked for both the private and non-profit sectors, gaining expertise in food sustainability and circular economy topics. She has a bachelor’s in economics and a Master's in European Environmental Law from Tilburg University.
