Linda is a non-executive Director of OPRL Ltd, a UK-based organisation that provides expertise to businesses on the recyclability of packaging and packaging labelling. OPRL is responsible for the UK’s voluntary scheme for packaging labelling which provides clear, communication to consumers to allow them to do the right thing when recycling their packaging.

She has wide experience of the packaging and resource management sectors having led various recycling and resource management programmes at WRAP (UK non-governmental organisation) from 2004 to 2018 covering packaging collection and recycling, advisory support to municipalities and behaviour change campaigns. From 2018 to 2024 she worked for the UK Department of Environment on packaging policy and the development of Extended Producer Responsibility. Earlier in her career she worked in environmental consultancy both in the UK and internationally.
