Marián has many years of experience in various management positions, including international and multicultural environments. He started his management practice in 2003 at VUB Factoring, where he served as a board member. He worked in various management positions for a long time in the Pan-European commercial bank UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia. From 2016, he worked as the Head of the General Manager Section of the Bratislava Transport Company, and from 2019 to January 2021 he managed the Institute for Strategies and Analyses at the Government Office. In 2022, he became the CEO of Správca zálohového systému n.o.

He specializes in management, human resource management, and project and crisis management. He is an expert in the field of finance with the title of Doctor of Laws (JUDr.).
