Marion has a wealth of experience in the pharma sector, as both a specialist in circular economy for medical devices, including deep expertise in take-back programs and EPR, and as a leader and driver of multistakeholder partnerships.

She currently leads the Secretariat team for the Alliance to Zero, where she was formerly the Vice-President, and is part of the leadership teams of several other pharma initiatives. She sees the potential for industry-wide change through collaboration at the highest levels.

She is also a regular speaker and moderator in the injection device space and has been Executive Director or Board Chair across a wide variety of organisations.
