Valentin Fournel

Valentin Fournel is a graduate of AgroParisTech and joined Citeo in 2015 after eight years in innovation and new market development consulting, including 3 years developing Alcimed's business in the United States. Initially Director of Corporate Relations, he broadened his responsibilities by supporting the development of the eco-design and research and development (R&D) teams, and is a member of the Citeo Executive Committee since 2022.

Since 2022, Valentin has headed the Eco-design & Reuse team, which helps companies to reduce the environmental impact of their packaging, in particular by marketing more material-efficient packaging, developing reuse and systematizing recyclable packaging solutions (3Rs). Valentin supports companies in their environmental transition, from raising awareness of ecological issues to implementing the necessary changes. His expertise helps create a favorable ecosystem for reducing the ecological footprint in a sustainable way.
