Ashley Spirn is Senior Counsel, U.S. Pricing and Access for Gilead Sciences, Inc. In her role, Ashley provides regulatory compliance counsel to internal Gilead stakeholders across commercial and non-commercial functions such as Managed Markets (internal and field), Government Pricing, Patient Support, and Government Affairs & Policy. Prior to joining Gilead, Ashley was an associate at Arnold & Porter in the Healthcare Regulatory group. Ashley resides in Washington, D.C. with her husband and 18-month-old daughter.
