| Caroline Vento, LSW, is Senior Director of Patient Assistance at Bristol Myers Squibb and has dedicated her career to improving the patient experience and helping design programs to support patient access to prescribed therapies. She began her career as a licensed social worker in an outpatient oncology setting, working directly with patients and families, gaining firsthand perspective on the financial, emotional, and practical challenges that can accompany a cancer diagnosis. Today, she brings that patient-centered perspective to her leadership in patient assistance, with experience spanning program operations, vendor partnerships, healthcare access, and policy impacts. Caroline is passionate about developing thoughtful, sustainable solutions that make the patient journey simpler and more accessible. |
