Emily Eastman, PharmD, MBA, CSP is the Associate Director of Centralized Specialty Pharmacy Services at the University of Kentucky Specialty Pharmacy and Infusion Services (UKSPIS). She also serves as Assistant Residency Program Director for the PGY1 Community-Based at Specialty Pharmacy Residency and Adjunct Professor at the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy. Board Certified in Specialty Pharmacy, Dr. Eastman is active in NASP, SASP, ASHP, and KSHP leadership and committee work. Named NASP’s 2025 Caregiver of the Year, she is a passionate advocate for rare disease patients, inspired by her six-year-old son who lives with Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Deficiency.
