Fran Castellow

Fran has served as a nonprofit executive for over 25 years, joining Patient Advocate Foundation in 2000 and serving in her current role since 2006. She holds top executive management responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of mission focused patient programming and partnerships including Case Management Services, PAF’s Co-Pay Relief Program, Financial Aid/Small Grants programs, and nonprofit program administration services. She is also responsible for the successful delivery of Human Resource, Finance, and Information Technology services within the organization. Fran has nearly 22 years of experience managing charitable patient assistance programs, more than any executive in the industry. She serves as a member of the Strategic Executive Team, collaborating with the Chief Executive Officer and other organizational leaders to develop the organization’s short-term and long-term vision, strategic goals, and operational

strategies. She has managed the growth of the organization from 12 employees in 2000 to a workforce of over 220 today.

Fran holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from James Madison University and a Master of Science Degree in Education Counseling from Old Dominion University.
