Jackie Britt is chief client officer at AssistRx. She leads our Strategic Account Management and Customer Success teams, with a focus on enabling customer value realization and ensuring alignment with the complex, evolving needs of our life sciences partners.

Britt brings more than 15 years of experience to her role at AssistRx, specializing in creating more effective and efficient healthcare experiences for patients, providers, pharmacies and payers. She previously held account management leadership roles with Change Healthcare, RelayHealth and McKesson.

Britt is certified in Six Sigma and as a Project Management Professional. She holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the University of Florida.
