Jen is passionate about meaningfully engaging patient communities to improve therapeutic development and delivery of healthcare. Jen has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, patient advocacy non-profit, and bench research.

Currently she is head of patient advocacy and engagement at Viridian Therapeutics. Prior to joining Viridian, Jen held roles at Encoded Therapeutics, VOZ Advisors, bluebird bio, and the National Brain Tumor Society.

Jen also serves as a Board Member of the Massachusetts Sickle Cell Association, Scientific and Patient Advocacy Advisor to CureGSD1b Alliance, Faculty of the Professional Patient Advocates in Life Sciences, and Member of ASGCT Patient Outreach Committee.
