Joe is an experienced pharmacy director with 15+ years of diverse leadership in academic, community, government, infusion, ambulatory, retail/specialty, and clinical pharmacy settings. Prior to joining Cencora, Joe was a regional pharmacy director of a major 3 hospital academic health system where he was in-charge of all pharmacy services including inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations, infusion centers, specialty pharmacy services, 340B administration, residency programs, and clinical services. He is skilled in developing innovative pharmacy services aligned with organizational goals. He is experienced with patient assistance programs, overseeing complex operations, enhancing patient satisfaction, and optimizing workflows.
