Joshua joined AbbVie in 2019 as part of the Global Exceptional Patient Experience (EPE) group where he worked as the Capability Lead. Prior to AbbVie, he led global insights and strategy projects for the world’s leading healthcare companies as a Director of Qualitative Research and Brand Strategy Consultant at various agencies like Ipsos, Kantar, Publicis Health and Throughline Strategy.
Along with leading the Patient Experience Support Strategy for enterprise critical assets within Global Commercial Development, he led the cross-functional workstream that revamped AbbVie’s Patient Journey process integrating it into the strategic brand planning process within Global Marketing Commercial Operations.
In 2021, he transitioned to the Patient Experience Strategy & Support Lead where he supported and executed the global patient experience strategy multiple global launches in Immunology & Oncology. In 2022, he completed a short-term assignment withing Global Customer Excellence, re-launching AbbVie’s Customer Intimacy & Innovation tools for commercial teams.
Joshua has an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Toronto in Social & Political Science and a Diploma from La Universidad de las Americas in Puebla, Mexico.
