Kerry is an associate principal in ZS’s Patient Strategy & Services consulting practice. Kerry is a leader in advisory and technology enablement in life sciences and focuses on strategy and execution of large-scale transformations in patient engagement and patient services.

Kerry has 14 years of experience in large-scale business and technology transformations in life sciences. Since joining ZS in 2016, Kerry has guided client programs with patient engagement strategy, business process design, transformation governance design and execution, change enablement at scale, along with guiding the overall business transformation and "transformation office" rigor for pharma, MedTech, and other life sciences organizations.

Kerry has led several unique engagements in digital health and patient services. Kerry led digital health competitive intelligence for the ZS practice, he led the integration of the ZS acquisition with Medullan (a digital health organization), and recently guided a large-scale business readiness engagement for a Canadian organization’s PSP transformation.
