Kevin L. Hagan is the president and CEO of the PAN Foundation and the incoming CEO of the Patient Advocate Foundation (effective July 1, 2026), the nation’s most comprehensive nonprofit dedicated to helping patients navigate, access, and afford their care. As incoming CEO, he will oversee the organization’s comprehensive portfolio of programs, including direct financial support for patients, personalized case management, award-winning patient education, patient advocacy and engagement programs, rigorous research, health equity initiatives, and community engagement. With over 30 years of experience in executive leadership and management in national and global nonprofits, government, and the private sector, he’s a visionary leader helping to expand access to care for millions of people.

Kevin has served as president and CEO of the PAN Foundation from 2021 through 2026, providing strategic leadership around the PAN Foundation’s merger with Patient Advocate Foundation. He’s also held leadership roles with Thrive Impact, Feed the Children, American Diabetes Association, Good360, US Foods, and the United States Postal Service.
