Lee is the Executive Assistant United States Attorney. Before his promotion to that role in March 2022, he served for two years as Chief of the Health Care Fraud Unit and for two years as Deputy Chief of the Special Prosecutions Division, overseeing public corruption matters. He also served as an AUSA in the Special Prosecutions Division and the Criminal Division. Before joining the office in 2010, he served as an associate at an international law firm in New York City. He received his J.D. from Fordham Law School and his B.A. from King’s College.
