Lyndsey Griffin, MSW, LCSW-C, OSW-C, is the Manager of Cancer Program Accreditation at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center. A purpose-driven healthcare leader, she is committed to advancing equity in cancer care by addressing socioeconomic and psychosocial barriers that affect treatment adherence. With expertise in oncology social work, financial navigation, and patient navigation, she works to reduce social determinants of health and improve outcomes for individuals facing chronic and life-limiting illnesses. She is pursuing a Master of Health Administration with a concentration in healthcare quality and brings extensive experience in oncology program development, program management, and quality improvement.
