Mary Balaskas is Chief Customer Officer at Neovance, leading strategy and execution across patient and customer experience. With over 25 years of experience in patient access, she brings deep expertise in hub operations, reimbursement, affordability support, and large-scale Patient Assistance Programs. Her leadership spans pharmaceutical manufacturers and large-scale pharmacy operations, giving her a comprehensive view of the access ecosystem. Previously, Mary held senior roles at Omnicare and AbbVie. A pharmacist by training, she earned her BS in Biology and PharmD from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
