Mary Lynn Kelley, President of eMAX Health Patient Services, has more than 20 years of healthcare experience with 15 years in patient services. She has operational experience with 30+ manufacturers, inclusive of large and emerging pharma companies. Overseeing more than 65 programs ranging from PAP, retail, adjudicated program pharmacy, and high-touch clinical case management, Mary Lynn brings an unparalleled industry perspective to her strategic advisory. She spent the last two and half years in a consulting role benchmarking the patient services industry while gathering stakeholder insights and primary market research to inform and shape her industry advisory opinions. Mary Lynn joined eMAX Health in January of this year.
