Robin Chittick leads the Patient Services organization at Stratis Group, a strategic consulting firm, bringing more than 25 years of experience designing, implementing and optimizing patient access programs. Prior to joining Stratis, she held leadership roles within Pharma, as well as with HUB vendors and non profit organizations. A committed patient advocate, she specializes in helping clients design, implement, and enhance their patient support and patient assistance programs. Her work is focused on identifying innovative, technology enabled solutions to create efficiency, deliver quality and improve the overall customer experience for patient services programs and 501(c)(3) PAP foundations.
