Robin Chittick joined Stratis Group in 2021 after having led the strategy and operations for patient access programs across various sectors, including non-profit organizations, patient services vendors, and pharmaceutical companies for over 25 years. Ms. Chittick is a patient advocate who wants to ensure patients have seamless access to life-improving treatments, professionally and in her personal life.

Today she leads the Patient Experience Team at Stratis Group, a strategic consulting firm, and her work is focused on supporting clients who are designing, implementing or optimizing their patient support services and patient assistance programs. She has extensive experience in implementing best practices and continuous quality improvement for patient access teams, including 501c3 PAP Foundations through initiatives that leverage technology and innovative solution partners.
