Susan Neff is an Aging Services Supervisor in the Pennsylvania Department of Aging’s Education and Outreach Office where she directs PA MEDI, Pennsylvania’s State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), oversees PDA’s Health & Wellness and Volunteer programs, and leads Pennsylvania’s Falls Prevention Coalition. Prior to PDA, Susan was an Aging Services Specialist with the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation’s Bureau of Blindness and Visual Services where she administered the Independent Living for Older Blind program. In her spare time, she is a volunteer puppy raiser/puppy sitter for Susquehanna Service Dogs, avid traveler, and hiker.
