Tanu joined Stratis Group after having served as the technology, data, and insights lead for a variety of customer (HCP, Patient) journey insights, optimization, & transformation initiatives from both the pharmaceutical manufacturer and vendor (Hub, SP, Third Party Integrators) side for 20 years.
Her work is focused on discovery, design, and implementation of data science/technology driven solutions to optimize customer experience, engagement, and ultimately outcomes such as first fills and refills while providing functional, actionable insights to the organization.
Most recently, she led a complex REMS and HUB platform/service implementation and multi-year post launch optimization efforts for Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ Patient Access Support Group.
