Valerie is a seasoned healthcare executive with 30+ years of leadership across patient access and affordability, market access, field operations, customer engagement, marketing, quality improvement, and business development. As Director of Patient Access and Affordability at ViiV Healthcare, she leads the Patient Assistance Program for HIV treatment and prevention therapies. In prior GSK leadership roles, she delivered payer launch strategies, led enterprise field operations, and developed award-winning digital and care management solutions. A proven cross-functional leader, Valerie combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to expand patient access, strengthen payer and provider engagement, and drive commercial performance.
