Profile

Xavier de Gracia is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Prosper AI, the first company to build LLM-native Phone AI agents for Patient Access teams. He brings over 10 years of experience in AI, startups, and call centers. Before starting Prosper, Xavier was VP of Operations and Support at a $1.5B tech startup, where he led a team of over 1,000 call center phone agents. Frustrated by the lack of real GenAI solutions to improve the patient and agent experience, he founded Prosper AI, now backed by top investors behind Veeva, Salesforce, and Zoom. Earlier in his career, Xavier advised tech and healthcare companies as a consultant at Bain & Company and holds an MBA from Harvard.
