Analise Johnian serves as Shionogi’s Senior Commercial & Regulatory Counsel. She has experience providing comprehensive legal counsel to large and small multi-national companies across the pharma industry. Ms. Johnian provides day-to-day counseling on corporate- and product-related issues, including corporate communications, advertising and promotion, launch excellence, patient support programs, reimbursement strategy and contracting, drug pricing policy, and supply chain. Since 2022, she has served as in-house legal expert on drug pricing policy changes and changing tariff implications. Ms. Johnian earned a BS from Endicott College and a JD from Suffolk University School of Law and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Jersey.
