She joined Sanofi in April 2025 as Senior Director, Ethics & Business Integrity, for the North America and Global Specialty Care business, based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Prior to Sanofi, Cara served as Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer for Aspen Aerogels, and held senior ethics and compliance roles at several global life sciences organizations including Moderna, Takeda, and Medtronic. Throughout her career, she has developed deep expertise in navigating the complex regulatory landscape of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, with a particular focus on compliance and business integrity frameworks.
