David has spent more than twenty years across healthcare and environmental services. He served as an officer at Sharps Compliance and as a principal of WM Healthcare, where he was the architect of Waste Management’s integrated healthcare programs and directed the WM/BD Ecofinity sharps recovery program. As Director of Recycling at Waste Management, he authored Recycle Often. Recycle Right., one of the most widely deployed environmental education programs supporting municipal waste programs in the United States.

Today he works with pharmaceutical manufacturers and health systems on take-back program design, life cycle assessment, and the measurement infrastructure behind environmental claims.
